The Company is seeking a Product Owner cum Business Lead for its Global Financial Markets Operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in aligning business needs with technical solutions, particularly in the realm of treasury products. This role demands a professional with 5-7 years' experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on product ownership in the context of processing treasury products, including both vanilla and structured derivatives. The role involves leading and supporting the execution of product roadmaps, maintaining a clear product vision, and ensuring that product features are delivered in line with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in requirements elicitation, analysis, and management, as well as in solution design and delivery, including UAT and post-implementation support. Applicants for this role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with a preference for additional technical certifications in treasury and markets products, business analysis, or agile methodologies. The role requires a candidate with strong technical skills, including expertise in process, system architecture, and data structure design, as well as proficiency in agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. A customer-centric mindset, leadership qualities, and the ability to influence without direct authority are essential. The candidate should be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also a must, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and foster strong collaboration.
