This hands-on position is focused on operational execution, driving practical improvements, and ensuring compliance with established frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data quality operations, including the identification and resolution of data quality issues, and will support data stewardship in managing data quality across various locations. Additionally, the role involves defining critical data attributes, ensuring data fitness for use, and fostering cross-collaboration on data governance matters. Applicants must have a deep understanding of the banking ecosystem, including source systems, data landscape, and operational processes. The role requires the ability to build strong collaborative relationships, a good knowledge of data quality principles, and proven experience in data issue management and profiling. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex data issues effectively.
