Vice President, Specialised Investigation Team

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Specialised Investigation Team, with a focus on AML Analytics Excellence and Integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continued evolution of the team's data analytics models, tools, and thematic capabilities, with a strong emphasis on identifying and developing integrated, effective, and sustainable data analytics for financial crime investigations. This role requires a forward-looking approach, the ability to translate investigation insights and emerging typologies into clear business requirements, and the collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements. Key responsibilities include shaping the data analytics strategy, maintaining a roadmap of models and tools, and supporting the integration of new capabilities into the team's investigative workflows. Applicants must have practical experience in AML investigations, a strong understanding of AML risks and typologies, and the ability to connect these with data analytics opportunities. The role demands a candidate with a collaborative mindset, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
