Vice President, System Analyst, Corporate Internet Banking Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a VP, System Analyst for Corporate Internet Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical analysis, microservices integration design, and end-to-end delivery of corporate internet banking projects. This role demands a high level of engineering expertise in API standards, microservices orchestration, and event-driven patterns, with a focus on reusing existing platform components. Key responsibilities include owning the full technical delivery process, producing engineering-ready specifications, defining API and microservices architecture, designing user journeys, and leading integration and platform engineering. The role also involves ensuring operational readiness, testing, and deployment, with a strong emphasis on high-quality delivery, minimal defects, and strong governance alignment. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in payment systems analysis, particularly in the context of corporate internet banking, entitlement, and pre-payment workflows. Strong technical skills in API design, microservices architecture, and experience with HA/DR and low-latency systems are essential. The role requires the ability to integrate with AML, fraud, entitlements, and ledger systems, as well as a proven track record of reusing and extending existing platform components. The ideal candidate will be adept at producing clear, engineering-ready specifications and will be committed to ensuring high STP rates, stable performance, and consistent low-latency behavior.
