Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to provide hands-on financial leadership during a period of transition. The role oversees day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including month- and year-end close, accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The CFO will strengthen financial statements, reconciliations, internal controls, and compliance, while overseeing payroll approval and supporting audit preparation. The position also involves mentoring the accounting team, partnering with executive leadership on process improvements, and enhancing financial systems and reporting. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; a CPA is preferred. Previous experience as a CFO, Controller, or senior finance executive is required, along with strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and internal controls. Applicants should have experience leading accounting teams through organizational change or transition. Experience with financial system implementation or optimization is an advantage, as are strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
