The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup in the field of AI Research Lab. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on the challenge of scaling a company to €100M+ in revenues. The CMO will be at the forefront of an extensive personal development journey, receiving 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and will be supported in all aspects of startup growth, from team building to product iteration and marketing. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role demands a high level of commitment and the ability to work closely with serial entrepreneurs. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with a proven track record in a similar role, and a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, crafting and executing marketing strategies, managing a marketing team, and driving the company's growth through innovative and effective marketing techniques.
