Interim Head of School

The Company is seeking an Interim Head of School to lead a progressive secondary school community during an interim term. The role calls for clear, transparent communication and strong interpersonal leadership, while partnering with the board and community on collaborative decision-making and vision. The Interim Head will engage meaningfully with students, address the challenges facing independent schools, and help sustain an inclusive community grounded in social justice and anti-racist practice. Candidates should bring experience in progressive education, a record of leading and managing others, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Boarding school experience is important. The ideal candidate will be creative, collaborative, and committed to inclusive, student-centered education.
