Executive Director of Residential Treatment Services Greater Springfield, MO Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Residential Treatment Services to oversee a residential treatment program and its multidisciplinary teams across operations, clinical services, education, and support functions. Responsibilities include managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and policies. The role also oversees budgets, staffing, and enrollment, while fostering a safe, trauma-informed, high-quality care environment for children and families. The Executive Director will collaborate with organizational leadership to assess performance, address operational needs, and drive continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least five years of experience working with children in a residential or behavioral healthcare setting and at least four years managing a large team or department. A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required. Applicants should demonstrate the ability to lead and develop staff across multiple functions, along with strong operational judgment and a commitment to quality care and positive outcomes for children. An LCSW or LPC license and experience in an administrative or executive role are preferred.
