Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic and organizational leadership and guide its next phase of growth. Working with the board and senior leadership team, the CEO will turn strategy into action, strengthen organizational culture, and support sustainable expansion while maintaining service quality. The role also serves as a visible ambassador, building relationships with donors, government leaders, funders, community partners, and faith communities. The CEO will communicate the organization’s mission, cultivate support and resources, and guide change while building on existing strengths and honoring its Christian heritage. Candidates should bring significant leadership experience, preferably in nonprofit or human services settings, and understand the demands of organizations with multiple programs, locations, funding sources, and public-sector relationships. Experience working with government agencies, funders, boards, donors, and community partners, as well as leading growth or organizational change, is valuable. The role calls for a strategic, relational leader with strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to empower teams, build trust, and turn plans into results. The successful candidate must be able to lead authentically within a Christian organization; a specific denominational affiliation is not required.
