Vice President, Technology Risk Assurance Greater St. Petersburg, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Technology Risk Assurance, a senior leadership role with enterprise-wide accountability for technology risk assurance and the business information security officer (BISO) organization. The successful candidate will lead the firm's first-line technology risk governance framework, drive independent assurance activities across the technology control environment, and ensure proactive management of technology and cybersecurity risk. This executive will also be a key partner to various business functions, including technology, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, internal audit, and business leadership, and will maintain strong engagement with regulators, auditors, and governance committees. Applicants must have significant senior leadership experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, controls, audit, assurance, or related disciplines, preferably within financial services or a highly regulated industry. Deep knowledge of technology and cybersecurity risk frameworks, controls governance, risk assessments, and control testing is essential. The role requires a proven ability to manage complex technology and cybersecurity risks, lead leaders, and influence senior executives. Strong executive communication skills are necessary to translate technical risks into business impacts and strategic recommendations. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CGEIT, CPA, or equivalent, are preferred, along with an advanced degree in a related field and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
