Vice President of Engineering

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to set technical direction and lead the next stage of its technology development. Responsibilities include owning delivery from discovery through launch and follow-up, working closely with product and design teams and other business functions. The role will lead and develop an experienced engineering team, guide platform modernization and the adoption of agentic development, and ensure the architecture supports business needs. The Vice President will also advance security practices and standards and contribute to company-wide leadership decisions. Candidates should have senior technical leadership experience, such as VP of Engineering or CTO, and experience leading teams of at least five people. A background in B2B SaaS, enterprise security and integrations, agentic development, and modernizing mature products is important, along with experience building and operating cloud-based solutions. Strong technical judgment, clear leadership, delegation, accountability, and an understanding of the business and financial impact of architectural choices are required. Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English is also required; experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 is an advantage.
