Vice President, Bancassurance Advisor, PFS

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Bancassurance Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personal and branch Banca sales targets by providing tailored financial advice to clients. This role involves supporting the Team Head / Group Sales Manager in driving referrals and branch activities, as well as executing Banca sales campaigns and providing product training. The VP, Bancassurance Advisor will also be accountable for the sales process, governance, and compliance matters. Applicants must have a recognized diploma or degree in any field, with a preference for those holding PCE and CEILI qualifications. A minimum of 2-3 years' of experience in insurance sales for the high net worth customer segment is required. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be a proactive, outgoing team player with a flexible approach to change. The role demands a high level of commitment to achieving sales targets and the ability to influence and engage with clients.
