Deputy Head, Future Leadership

The Company is seeking a Deputy Head to join its executive leadership team and work closely with the Head to advance its mission and strategic priorities. The role leads portfolios spanning people and culture, community engagement, enrolments, and counselling services, strengthening organizational culture and operational excellence. The Deputy Head builds partnerships with students, staff, and families, supports staff development, and contributes to strategic decision-making. They also oversee initiatives that promote student wellbeing and development, and deputize for the Head when required. Applicants should be accomplished executive and educational leaders with a proven record of success, sound judgment, and integrity. The role requires a practising Christian aligned with the organization’s Christ-centred mission, alongside a relational and influential leadership style that builds trust across stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring experience leading broad organizational portfolios and fostering professional standards, staff growth, and student wellbeing.
