Head of Finance & Corporate Services

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance and Corporate Services to lead its finance, technology, data, people and culture, risk, compliance, and governance functions. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight to ensure systems, frameworks, and processes support organizational performance and sustainable growth. Key priorities include developing financial and growth models, establishing AI and data governance frameworks, strengthening risk and compliance practices, and supporting a high-performing workplace culture. The successful candidate will also partner with senior leadership and external stakeholders to advance organizational priorities. Candidates should hold a relevant tertiary qualification and professional accounting qualification, with finance leadership experience and ideally broader corporate services exposure. Strong financial management, forecasting, modeling, and governance capabilities are required, along with sound judgment and a collaborative leadership style. The role calls for credibility in working with senior leaders and strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with regulators, funders, suppliers, or other external partners. An understanding of cooperative environments and a commitment to consultation, partnership, and member independence are also important.
