Head of FP&A

The Company is seeking a Head of FP&A to join their dynamic team. This leadership role is pivotal in the organization's strategic planning and performance management, with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide business planning, forecasting, and integrated financial modeling, as well as driving performance reporting and KPI frameworks. A key aspect of the role is to partner with senior stakeholders, providing commercial insights, and supporting critical business decisions. The Head of FP&A will also be instrumental in identifying risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives, and leading continuous improvement across planning, reporting, and finance systems. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a commercially astute finance leader with a CA/CPA qualification and over 10 years' of experience in FP&A, business planning, or strategic finance leadership. They should have a proven track record in leading complex budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, and possess strong three-way financial modeling capability. The role requires an individual with advanced commercial acumen, the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and experience in influencing decision-making at the executive level. The Head of FP&A should be agile, and commercially sharp, and have the ability to think beyond the numbers, understanding how different parts of the business interact to bring an integrated lens to planning, performance, and strategy.
