Head of Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to play a pivotal role in its expansion. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the business, working closely with the Founder & CEO and gaining direct exposure to the Board of private equity investors. This is a unique opportunity to influence commercial decisions, contribute to the growth strategy, and learn from experienced business builders and investors. The initial responsibilities for the Head of Finance include leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, as well as providing commercial insights into profitability across various dimensions. The role also involves close collaboration with suppliers, production, and logistics teams, overseeing international entity reporting, and developing systems to support the business's growth. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be CA/CPA-qualified professionals with a background in consumer products, FMCG, retail, or a related inventory-based business. Practical experience in financial management, particularly in the areas of reporting, cash flow, and inventory, is essential. While not mandatory, experience in private equity is advantageous. The role is well-suited to a Finance Manager or Financial Controller ready to take on a more senior position, or to someone already leading finance and operations within a smaller business.
