The Company is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and integrity of fund operations. The successful candidate will lead a high-impact oversight function, partnering with global stakeholders and external service providers to strengthen controls, elevate service delivery, and drive process improvements. This role demands a balance of precision and pace in navigating complex operational and regulatory requirements, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment fund services, including fund accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting/oversight. Key responsibilities for the Fund Accounting Manager include leading a team, executing a risk-based oversight model, reviewing and challenging fund administrator outputs, overseeing financial and regulatory reporting, and maintaining governance over internal platforms. The role also involves proactive risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. The candidate should have at least 10 years' of relevant experience, a strong control mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include a professional certification such as a CPA, knowledge of securities valuation and fund taxation, and experience with analytics and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency. The role requires a leader who can manage a team, coach for continuous improvement, and ensure a well-controlled execution of processes.
