The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Dealer Relationship Manager to build and maintain partnerships with franchised and independent auto dealerships in an assigned territory. Responsibilities include growing loan originations and dealer engagement, promoting financing programs and digital services, and educating dealers on program guidelines and underwriting policies. The role also involves monitoring market trends, managing accounts, communicating performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve dealer issues. The successful candidate will represent the Company at industry events and ensure dealer interactions comply with applicable policies and regulations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or equivalent work experience, along with at least five years of experience in auto finance, sales, client or account management, relationship management, or automotive retail sales management. Strong knowledge of dealership operations and auto finance products is required, as are excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Applicants should be proficient with Microsoft Office and demonstrate relationship-building, problem-solving, organization, and territory-management abilities. The role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory.
