Senior Vice President, AI Transformation Greater Tampa, FL Area

The Company is seeking a forward-deployed AI transformation professional to partner with business process owners and technology leaders to redesign core processes and develop scalable AI solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows to identify automation opportunities, designing and prototyping solutions, and translating business needs into clear technical requirements. The role also involves defining performance measures, supporting adoption through documentation and training, and mentoring others to sustain AI capabilities. The successful candidate will stay current with developments in machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI. Candidates should have 3–5 or more years of hands-on experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning engineering, or a related technical field. Deep practical knowledge of large language models, AI agents, machine learning, natural language processing, and data modeling is required, along with strong business judgment, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills. Client-facing technical experience, familiarity with cloud AI services and data engineering, and knowledge of financial services are advantageous. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
