The Company is seeking a senior, hands-on engineer to shape the architecture and enterprise adoption of low-code platforms and agent-based AI solutions. Responsibilities include designing and building applications, automations, and agents; defining technical roadmaps, reusable patterns, and guardrails; and evaluating new capabilities for security, governance, operations, and cost. The role partners with security, architecture, governance, risk, and engineering stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable technical standards and controls. It also provides technical leadership and mentoring, develops prototypes, supports platform administration and lifecycle management, and maintains architecture and implementation documentation. Candidates should have substantial enterprise experience with low-code platforms, including application development, automation, data services, integrations, security, administration, governance, and troubleshooting, along with hands-on experience building agents or AI-enabled solutions. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, APIs, identity, permissions, data access, and agent concepts such as grounding, tools, and orchestration is required. Applicants should be able to design, build, test, and troubleshoot solutions, translate governance and security requirements into technical configurations, and provide technical guidance across teams. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience, is required; relevant certifications and experience with enterprise citizen-development programs or pro-code AI architectures are preferred.
