Vice President of Product Growth

The Company is in search of a visionary VP Product Growth to spearhead its growth strategy across a diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will be tasked with accelerating recurring revenue, driving customer adoption, and increasing market penetration. This pivotal role demands a leader who can blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to build a scalable growth engine. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the growth strategy, developing growth frameworks, identifying new revenue streams, and driving growth planning. The VP Product Growth will also be instrumental in enhancing product adoption, leading customer expansion initiatives, and optimizing the go-to-market approach. Applicants for the VP Product Growth position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree. A minimum of 12 years' experience in product, growth, marketing, strategy, business development, or related leadership roles is required, with at least 5 years in a B2B technology environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, particularly in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or subscription businesses. Strong analytical skills, experience with executive-level stakeholders, and a background in scaling ARR-driven business models are essential. Familiarity with AI-enabled growth platforms and product-led growth methodologies is a plus.
