Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its fundraising program and strengthen donor and community relationships. Working closely with the Foundation Board and healthcare system leadership, the Executive Director will align philanthropic support with strategic and capital priorities. The role includes expanding community engagement and building support for the organization’s mission and future plans. The successful candidate will collaborate with donors, volunteers, physicians, staff, and community partners to grow philanthropic giving. Candidates should be experienced development professionals with a proven record in annual giving, major gifts, corporate and foundation giving, grants, events, and planned giving. Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with organizational leadership and diverse community stakeholders. The role calls for a strategic approach to fundraising and a commitment to advancing the organization’s priorities through philanthropy.
