Head of Accounting

The Company is seeking a Head of Accounting to oversee financial accounting, tax, treasury, and internal control functions. Responsibilities include managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including consolidated accounts; preparing financial results explanations; and coordinating audit responses. The role will strengthen internal controls, address matters such as mergers and acquisitions, tax incentives, and transfer pricing, and build organizational capabilities in preparation for a potential future public listing. Candidates should have experience in an industry involving cost management, such as manufacturing or retail. The role also requires demonstrated people-management and stakeholder-management experience.
