Head of Business Strategy, IR & Corporate Governance

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Strategy focused on investor relations and corporate governance. Responsibilities include managing investor relations and engagement, including earnings briefings for international investors, and developing and executing investor relations strategy and the company’s equity story. The role oversees the preparation of timely disclosures and investor materials, analyzes shareholder composition, and channels investor feedback to leadership. It also covers corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management. Candidates should have experience in investment banking or private equity, along with investor relations or investor engagement experience at a publicly listed company. Business-level English is required to communicate effectively with international investors. The ideal candidate can combine financial and market insight with strong communication skills and sound judgment.
