Head of AI Promotion

The Company is seeking a Head of AI Promotion to lead organization-wide AI adoption, from strategy through implementation. The role involves assessing business processes and departmental challenges, prioritizing AI opportunities, and redesigning workflows using generative AI and AI agents. Responsibilities include researching and evaluating tools, planning and running proofs of concept and prototypes, and measuring effectiveness and return on investment. The successful candidate will implement proven initiatives, standardize effective practices across teams, and develop an organization-wide AI roadmap. Applicants should have at least three years of product management or IT consulting experience in a business setting, experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to propose data- and technology-based solutions to business challenges. A bachelor’s degree and fluent Japanese are required. Experience in product management, customer experience, or digital transformation within SaaS, web services, or e-commerce is preferred, as is experience with AI or machine-learning projects and new business development. SQL-based data extraction and analysis skills are also an advantage.
