Head of Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to oversee budget management, financial reporting, and fundraising for medium- to long-term business expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of long-term financial plans, driving corporate growth through the optimization of profitability and cash flow, and providing financial leadership in global partnering and business restructuring. This role also involves managing the finance and accounting department, as well as IR matters, and requires the ability to lead teams, develop human resources, and ensure internal control compliance. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a background as a Finance/Accounting Manager at a listed company, with a preference for those with experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in IR/PR or fundraising. The role demands a professional with a CPA (US/Japan) and business-level proficiency in English and Japanese. Key responsibilities include planning and executing fundraising activities, negotiating with investors and financial institutions, and managing overseas operations, primarily in the US.
