Head of Overseas Business

The Company is seeking a Head of Overseas Business to lead international expansion, primarily in Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include selecting target markets, developing and executing expansion strategies, creating business and revenue plans, and overseeing overseas profit and loss. The role also involves growing customer relationships, negotiating sales and partnerships, establishing delivery and support operations, and coordinating with existing international teams. The successful candidate will help build overseas teams and plan the launch of local offices. Applicants should have experience launching or expanding overseas IT, SaaS, or software businesses, including responsibility for generating substantial sales, and experience managing profit and loss or leading business planning and execution. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English, including negotiation and contract skills, are required. Experience establishing overseas offices, developing intangible-product businesses, forming global partnerships, or working in Southeast Asian markets is preferred. Additional Asian-language skills and a regional business network are also advantageous.
