Head of QA

The Company is seeking a Head of QA to lead quality assurance in a regulated healthcare environment. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining effective quality systems, ensuring activities meet regulatory requirements and internal standards, and fostering a consistent culture of quality and accountability. Key duties include overseeing quality processes, assessing risks, guiding corrective and preventive actions, and supporting audit and inspection readiness. The Head of QA will work across functions to address findings and drive continuous improvement. Candidates should have significant quality assurance experience in a regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related environment, along with a strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory expectations. Experience leading audits, inspections, deviation management, and corrective and preventive actions is required. The role calls for sound risk assessment and decision-making, clear communication, and a record of advancing compliance and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience are also required.
