Associate Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Enablement

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Enablement to lead strategy development, execution, and the annual strategic planning cycle. The role involves turning complex or ambiguous issues into clear questions, directing quantitative and qualitative analysis, and leading cross-functional strategy projects from scoping through implementation planning. The successful candidate will monitor industry and competitor developments, identify strategic implications, and communicate insights to senior leaders. They will also build strong stakeholder relationships, facilitate executive discussions, and manage and develop a high-performing team. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant business experience, ideally in insurance or financial services, and a strong understanding of a business area and its markets. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the judgment to work independently and collaborate across teams. Applicants should have demonstrated experience leading and developing a small team, coaching colleagues on analysis and deliverables, and guiding project execution and accountability. The role also calls for the ability to support team members’ performance and career development.
