Associate Vice President, Wealth Advice, Analytics, Insights & Artificial Intelligence Greater Toronto, Canada Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead analytics, insights, and artificial intelligence strategy for wealth advice and governance and controls. The role will define and execute an enterprise vision, build scalable AI capabilities and operating models, and oversee a portfolio and roadmap that align investment with business priorities. Responsibilities include advising senior executives, modernizing business intelligence, identifying growth opportunities through analytics, and developing a high-performing leadership team. The successful candidate will also ensure measurable outcomes, sound governance, risk discipline, and regulatory alignment. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, AI, or data-driven strategy, with enterprise-scale impact. An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as data science, engineering, mathematics, business, or finance is preferred. Applicants should demonstrate success influencing senior-level strategy, building and scaling effective teams, and leading analytics or AI transformations in financial services, consulting, or other complex industries. Strong strategic execution and the ability to connect data and AI capabilities to business results are essential.
