Senior Vice President, Program Advisory, Consulting & Execution Greater Toronto, Canada Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead complex, high-impact programs from strategic planning through hands-on execution and implementation. The role partners with senior leaders to align stakeholders, shape business cases and roadmaps, and deliver operating model and process transformations with measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include establishing program governance, overseeing technical delivery with business and technology teams, managing risks and performance, and applying process improvement methods to develop effective solutions. The successful candidate will also mentor program teams and promote accountability and continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least 14 years of experience managing complex programs and process transformations, including management consulting and financial services experience. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Applicants should bring expertise in operating model and process transformation, business requirements, analytical frameworks, and technology delivery across Agile and Waterfall approaches; knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and structured project management frameworks is also expected. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-influencing, and team leadership skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and functional knowledge of a financial services domain.
