Vice President of Operations & Transformation Greater Toronto, Canada Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations & Transformation to lead its modernization agenda and oversee the operations that support the business. The role spans studio and product operations, people operations, accounting, IT, and the systems connecting these functions. Responsibilities include setting and executing a transformation roadmap, partnering with executive leadership on the P&L and annual operating plan, and tracking performance against measurable goals. The Vice President will modernize processes and systems, including through practical use of AI, develop the organization’s structure and leadership, and drive strategic initiatives across teams. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience, including three or more years leading a P&L or operating budget, and experience in consumer software or digital services, ideally with transactional or subscription revenue. They should use and build with AI regularly and have experience leading its adoption across teams. Strong executive communication and a collaborative leadership style are essential for aligning creative, technical, and business teams around priorities and trade-offs. Experience in interactive entertainment, company-wide transformation, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or working with boards, investors, or lenders is an advantage.
