Vice President, Program Advisory, Consulting & Execution Greater Toronto, Canada Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead high-impact workstreams across complex, cross-functional programs, driving process transformation and operational improvements. Responsibilities include analyzing complex data and processes, defining program requirements and plans, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions through implementation and testing. The role also involves leading teams in a global, matrixed environment, managing stakeholder relationships, reviewing deliverables, and communicating findings and recommendations to senior leaders. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for improvement and contribute reusable research and knowledge to support future initiatives. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in management consulting and financial services, including a track record of delivering complex, end-to-end programs using structured methodologies. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. Required expertise includes operating model and process transformation, business requirements across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, technology delivery, data analysis, process improvement, and business case development. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong communication and stakeholder leadership abilities, and familiarity with digitalization and emerging technologies are also expected.
