Managing Partner Greater Tulsa, OK Area

The Company is seeking a Managing Partner to lead the successful and profitable operation of a restaurant. Responsibilities include building strong teams through recruiting, hiring, training, and developing managers and team members; directing the management team; and overseeing schedules, responsibilities, inventories, budgets, and profit-and-loss performance. The role also includes maintaining training and cleanliness standards, ensuring safe food-handling practices, and serving as the primary liaison with vendors and internal contacts. Candidates should have at least five years of experience as a General Manager or above, required state alcohol-server and manager food-safety certifications, and hands-on experience across front- and back-of-house operations. Full-service casual dining experience is an advantage, as is experience in a scratch kitchen. The role requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stretch, twist, and reach for extended periods. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred.
