Regional Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead regional operations for a home services business and support its strategic growth. Responsibilities include ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards; developing and executing operational strategies; and managing regional profit and loss, cash flow, and profitability. The role also oversees labor productivity, materials, and inventory, while building effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with senior leaders to improve operational performance. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred. At least five years of senior operations experience in the construction industry is required, along with a proven record managing financial performance. Strong knowledge of workforce productivity, resource and inventory management, and relevant industry regulations is important. The role also calls for effective leadership, strategic planning, execution, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as integrity and professionalism.
