Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its continued development into a customer-focused, commercial, and performance-driven organization. The CEO will guide growth and scaling while strengthening the core business and integrating complementary offerings into a cohesive customer proposition. Key priorities include building an effective omnichannel customer journey and brand position, establishing clear KPIs and accountability, and developing a scalable organization. The role also requires connecting commercial, operational, and specialist expertise while maintaining service quality and deepening relationships with external stakeholders in a complex, regulated environment. Candidates should bring extensive senior leadership experience in a commercial, customer-oriented setting, with a strong record in proposition development, customer acquisition, consumer behavior, customer journeys, and brand positioning. Demonstrated success in implementing growth strategies and scaling organizations—ideally across multiple locations or channels—is essential. Applicants should have experience transforming specialist or content-driven organizations into commercially focused enterprises and leading multidisciplinary management teams with clear priorities and accountability. An affinity for medically complex, regulated environments and the ability to work effectively with healthcare stakeholders are required; experience with professional shareholders, investors, or private equity is an advantage.
