Head of Business Control

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Control to lead a team and coordinate financial planning, while monitoring business and financial targets. Responsibilities include evaluating business initiatives and investment projects using NPV and DCF methods, analyzing financial and operational performance, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency. The role also leads profitability analysis, cost calculation and allocation, and management accounting, while improving control processes and managing risks. Additional duties include driving data-informed performance improvements, supporting audits, and coordinating organizational and operational changes. Candidates should hold a university degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline, with at least three years of leadership experience and five years in business analysis, financial controlling, strategy, or a related field. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are required, including the ability to structure and synthesize large volumes of information. Advanced Microsoft Office skills—particularly Excel, VBA/macros, and Power BI—are essential; experience with AI tools and SAP is an advantage. Fluency in Lithuanian and English, with English proficiency of at least B2, is required.
