The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, leading financial strategy, fundraising, and organizational scale. Responsibilities include managing institutional fundraising and investor relations, developing financial models and multi-year plans, guiding capital allocation, and reporting on key performance metrics. The CFO will build scalable financial systems and controls, strengthen audit readiness and data integrity, and establish and mentor the finance and accounting function. The role also oversees operational finance, tax and regulatory obligations, and supports corporate governance, equity administration, and operational efficiency. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in finance leadership, capital markets, corporate development, or institutional investing, including a proven record of leading institutional fundraising. Experience in high-growth technology environments is required; exposure to deep tech, AI, autonomy, aerospace, defense, enterprise systems, manufacturing, or government contracts is preferred. Strong financial modeling, analytical judgment, and the ability to translate complex technical and operational matters into clear investor and board communications are essential. A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA, CPA, or equivalent credential is a plus.
