The Company is seeking a President to lead the overall strategy and performance of its operation. The role is accountable for content, sales, brand, and operations, with responsibility for growing revenue, audiences, market share, and profitability. The President will guide multiplatform strategy and high-quality, community-focused journalism, manage budgets and forecasts, and build an accountable leadership team. The role also involves driving innovation, aligning teams around shared priorities, and developing strong relationships with community partners, advertisers, and other stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in journalism, business, or a related field, along with 7–10 years of strong leadership experience in a multimedia organization. They should demonstrate success leading high-performing teams and delivering business, financial, and audience results. Required capabilities include strategic planning, financial management, cross-functional leadership, and an understanding of changing media consumption and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is an inclusive, effective communicator with sound judgment, a data-informed approach, a growth mindset, and the ability to represent the organization credibly in the community.
