Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership across its financial functions. Responsibilities include guiding financial strategy, growth planning, acquisitions, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, while advising executive leadership and the Board. The CFO will oversee accounting, financial planning, cash management, tax, audits, internal controls, and the development of finance teams and systems. The role also leads public-company financial reporting and disclosure processes, including regulatory filings, compliance, and coordination with auditors and legal counsel. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; an MBA and CPA are desirable. At least 10 years of senior financial leadership experience is required, with public-company CFO and government contracting experience preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SOX, SEC reporting, financial planning, accounting, and tax is essential, along with hands-on experience leading periodic and current regulatory reporting. Candidates should also bring ERP implementation experience, expertise in audits and internal controls, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams.
