Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking an experienced finance executive to serve as a fractional CFO and strategic advisor to middle-market businesses, primarily in manufacturing and construction. The role focuses on advising owners and executive teams on financial strategy and long-range planning, while improving forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and KPI reporting. Responsibilities include leading board-level financial reporting, strengthening controls and processes, and driving finance system improvements. The CFO will also mentor accounting and advisory staff, collaborate with specialist teams, and contribute to the growth of the advisory practice. Candidates should have prior experience as a CFO, Divisional CFO, or VP of Finance; this is not intended as a first CFO role. Manufacturing or construction industry experience and a background supporting companies with approximately $50 million to $500 million in revenue are required. Applicants should demonstrate strong executive presence and a record of improving financial performance. A CPA is strongly preferred, while public accounting or consulting experience is an advantage.
