Senior Vice President, Real Estate Servicing & Specialized Operations Greater Washington D.C. Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead mortgage and home equity servicing and specialized operations across the life of the loan. The role sets strategy and operating models, oversees service quality and portfolio performance, and leads fraud prevention, quality assurance, legal support, risk controls, and regulatory readiness. The executive will drive digital transformation and operational improvement, manage budgets and vendors, and advise senior leadership on performance, risk, and investment priorities. The position also requires building a strong leadership team and fostering accountable, member-centered operations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with at least 15 years of progressively responsible leadership in mortgage servicing, real estate lending, consumer loan servicing, or a related financial-services area. Deep knowledge of mortgage and home equity servicing, applicable regulations, risk and control frameworks, and audit and examination processes is required. Applicants should bring a record of leading large-scale transformation, complex cross-functional teams, and substantial budgets, as well as strong analytical, financial, communication, and executive leadership skills. A relevant master’s degree, comparable executive experience, and industry credentials are desirable.
