Vice President, Cybersecurity & IT Operations

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Cybersecurity and IT Operations. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the global cybersecurity program, IT operations strategy, technology roadmap, and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cybersecurity governance, risk management, audits, and incident response, as well as overseeing IT operations across various technical environments. A key aspect of the role is to balance security, operational resilience, and business enablement, while maintaining a strong and practical security environment that supports the company's global aviation business. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a proven track record in leading enterprise cybersecurity programs and global IT operations. The role requires a leader with a strong background in cybersecurity, including the development of security strategies and multi-year roadmaps, and a broad knowledge of security practices. Experience in managing IT operations, improving service availability, and a deep understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery are essential. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative, coaching-oriented leadership style, and be adept at building relationships across a globally dispersed organization. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for CISSP certification, and a demonstrated interest in innovation, particularly in the use of automation and AI for process improvement and risk reduction.
