Chief of Finance

The Company is seeking a Chief of Finance to lead critical financial operations and ensure accurate, compliant reporting. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting call reports; overseeing the general ledger, account balancing, accounts payable and receivable, and audit activities; and managing board and strategic financial reporting. The role also covers interest-rate sensitivity and liquidity-risk analysis, budgeting, vendor and contract management, and business continuity planning. The finance leader will contribute to broader strategic planning and help guide the organization’s financial direction. Candidates should bring substantial financial leadership experience, preferably in banking, along with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, financial reporting standards, and strategic financial management. Relevant expertise includes call report preparation, general ledger oversight, audits, budgeting, and financial risk analysis. Specific certifications are not required; demonstrated leadership in banking finance is preferred. Further opportunities may include investment management, asset-liability oversight, incentive compensation accounting, and related finance functions.
