Chief of Finance

The Company is seeking a Chief of Finance to provide strategic and operational leadership across its financial functions. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting regulatory call reports, overseeing the general ledger and accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and account balancing. The role also leads budgeting, audit coordination, vendor and contract oversight, and business continuity planning. Additional duties include analyzing and reporting on interest-rate sensitivity and liquidity risk, while contributing to broader financial strategy and stakeholder transparency. Candidates should bring substantial finance leadership experience, preferably in banking, along with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, financial reporting standards, and strategic financial management. Relevant expertise includes general ledger oversight, audits, budgeting, and financial risk analysis. Professional certifications are not required, but demonstrated leadership in banking finance is preferred.
