Vice President, Global Custody Tax Product Manager Greater Zurich, Switzerland Area

The Company is seeking a VP, Global Custody Tax Product Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Global Custody Tax function, with a specific focus on the Swiss market and wider EU responsibilities. This role involves monitoring and implementing tax changes, assessing their impact on the product and service offering, and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and reporting obligations. The VP will also be involved in maintaining internal and external materials related to local tax laws, managing tax information in the company's Tax Intelligence platform, and working with various stakeholders to oversee the tax service in the local market. Applicants must have the ability to drive process change, significant experience in a professional services firm, financial services firm, or product management role, and a strong knowledge of securities taxation and the services provided by a custodian. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product strategy and development, as well as strong presentation and client-facing skills. Experience in the European region, particularly in client engagement and tax authority liaison, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a background in managing key business partners and cross-functional stakeholders, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the commercial aspects of the custody business.
