Managing Director

The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Argentina and Country Manager for Brazil and Chile. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating operational and commercial strategies for the region. This includes overseeing the production, engineering, quality, supply chain, human resources, finance, and customer service areas to ensure alignment with the corporation's goals. The role also involves establishing and maintaining organizational structures, functions, and compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards, as well as with ISO and local regulations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in industrial or mechanical engineering, with an MBA being a plus. A minimum of 6 years' experience in senior management within the electromechanical industry, advanced financial acumen, and a proven track record in leadership and team management are essential. The role requires a process-oriented individual with a commitment to continuous improvement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in multicultural teams. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with an intermediate level of Portuguese preferred, and the candidate should be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
