Chief of Staff, Western Hemisphere

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff for the Western Hemisphere. The successful candidate will serve as the operational lieutenant to the CEO, maintaining operational clarity, execution velocity, and cross-team coordination. Responsibilities include acting as the primary operational partner for Western Hemisphere initiatives, maintaining visibility across projects, and ensuring clear communication and accountability. The role also involves strategic project leadership, including working on high-priority initiatives and helping to build the company's operating system. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly capable early-career operator with a strong desire to be at the forefront of building companies and deploying AI-driven solutions. They will be responsible for coordinating execution across the Western Hemisphere, interfacing with the Eastern Hemisphere team, and surfacing insights to improve decision-making.
