Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the optimization of its LeadGen marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the P&L and unit economics of the lead-gen business, including margin, CPL, CAC, and LTV by vertical and channel. This role involves a deep focus on controlling accounts receivable, optimizing the entire funnel from click to confirmed lead, and working closely with the CMO to set up and run end-to-end analytics. The COO will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with lead suppliers, partners, and traffic sources, as well as designing payment terms and models. Financial literacy and a proven track record in operations management, particularly in B2C performance marketing, marketplace, lead generation, or e-commerce, are essential. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, with a background that includes Head/Director of Operations, GM, or COO roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in building a business from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on process creation and effective scaling. A key requirement is a deep understanding of P&L and lead-generation business models, along with a proven ability to build and manage large teams. The role demands a professional with a high level of English proficiency for communication with partners and the team, and a willingness to travel as needed.
