The successful candidate will be responsible for driving comprehensive financial planning, reporting, and compliance to support the company's growth and excellence. Applicants for the Head of Finance and Accounting position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA being preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in finance leadership roles, particularly in e-commerce or consumer products industries, is required.
